Ayanda Mbonambi is an experience design leader who thrives on turning confusing banking processes into journeys people actually enjoy. With over 10 years at the crossroads of design, tech, and strategy, she’s worked with financial institutions across Africa and global brands to make digital experiences smarter, simpler, and more human.
Passionate about user research, data-led experiments, and products that actually work, Ayanda is currently double-hatting as both Product Manager and Design Lead. In this role, she is helping the bank shape a new digital capability through an experimental, design-led approach.
