About Yashoda Ram

Founder & CEO, The Manifesto

Yashoda Ram is a powerhouse in the field of mindset transformation, women’s empowerment, and strategic reinvention. After 20 years in the corporate world, serving as CMO of an InsurTech, CIO of a FinTech and consultant to top-tier firms, she broke convention to build The Manifesto, a psycho-cybernetics agency redefining success for women.

Her work bridges neuroscience, behaviour design, and emotional intelligence to help individuals unlock their true potential. A mother of three, legal survivor, and living proof of reinvention, Yashoda doesn’t just talk mindset, she embodies it. Her message is raw, real, and life changing. She believes that empowerment isn’t a buzzword, it’s a brain function you can train.

With a career rooted in both high-stakes corporate leadership and agile innovation, Yashoda understands the unique challenges women face in tech-driven environments. Her rare blend of technical leadership and human-centred design thinking positions her as a leading voice on how technology can be used not only to innovate systems but to elevate people.

Through The Manifesto, she builds frameworks that use tech as a tool for emotional resilience, neuroplasticity, and social impact. She’s passionate about closing the gender confidence gap in the digital economy and equipping women with the psychological, strategic, and technological tools to lead, design and disrupt.

Women rewriting the story of inclusion in tech

The digital economy is evolving quickly, but progress isn’t only measured by access to technology. True transformation lies in redefining inclusion: who gets to participate, whose voices are heard and how systems adapt to support everyone.

In this panel discussion hosted by Ayanda Mbonambi, we’ll explore how women are breaking barriers in underrepresented spaces, rewriting old narratives around empowerment and positioning Africa’s unique perspective in the global inclusion conversation.

You’ll gain insights into how technology can become a tool for resilience, confidence and systemic change.
