She currently leads design across Home Loans and Payments, and is dedicated to building the next generation of South African design leadership through her work on the Absa Design Leadership Academy.
Her focus is on equipping designers to thrive in an age of AI and transformation—where South African teams can set their own standards, independent of global tech, and shape a distinct design identity for South African people.
